In land combat and urban warfare, one of the main weapons contributing to the success of both offensive and defensive operations is the ATGM (Anti-Tank Guided Missile) system.

ATGM5 offers India's mounted and dismounted forces with the very best weapon in its class- ATGM5 is being designed based on the architecture of the AKERON MP Missile. ATGM5 is able to take out a range of targets in complex scenarios with the highest precision, and also able to fire in co-ordination with other deployed battlefield assets in a network-enabled battlefield environment.
